We at TRANSLogix are committed to participating in the communities
where we work and live. In addition to the dozens of charities we support every year, we believe that participation in well organized team sports contributes to building good citizens and better communities.
We have been pleased to lend our involvement and financial support to
the building of the second ice pad at the Uxbridge Arena and to a team in the East York Soccer Club children's league in the past. In 1999 we broadened our scope to include teams in the Pickering Soccer
Association (summer and winter leagues) and the Uxbridge Soccer Club's children's league.
Along with our strategic alliance partners, Quest Courier Services, we again co-hosted the Quest TRANSLogix Charity Golf Classic at Deer
Creek South in Ajax, Ontario. The 15th Annual version of the tournament in July, 1999, was very well attended to the benefit of the Bob Rumball Fund and the Ontario Camp for the Deaf in Parry Sound, Ontario.
